windows is not a trustworthy or safe space to spend your time. windows uses its users for profit.
- local offline acounts are no longer an option, you must create a microsoft acount to use the computer.
- this acount is used for userbase profiling and data colection. this information gets sold to hunderds of thrid party companies, who can in turn show you ads.
first linux distro
Linux Mint Debian Editon (LMDE) is groovy. Comfortable to manage files check email and browse the internet :)
Its the same as normal Linux Mint, but it shares no ties to Ubuntu. Debian is extreamly stable and reliable and has been around for 3 decades. Many linux distrobutions are a "skin" for Debian. What Linux Mint provides is smooth user experience and intuitive ui. They give you most of the software compatablity layers you'll need most likely.
