burn it
the practice of taking or creating a sigil and burning it. this is a physical "re" "presentation" of launching the sigil into the subconsious, with more focus put upon the destruction or absence of the sigil. the sigil no longer exsists, only your memory of it does. this is a good tequnique to use in tandom with the playback tequniuqe. allows a sigil to change. but, in certain situations burning is not necicary, and should not be preformed. simple indiffrance to, or letting go of the sigil may also work. use your discretion.
playback
in any situation where the past is recorded, then repeatedly played back in the present. (ex. through pictures, through audio recordings)
playback is extreamly dangerous, not because of any suposed "supernatural" effects, but because of the physical and psycological effects it has upon the target and the magician. instead of letting the past die, you are trying to forcfuly keep it alive, and meditate upon it. this extreamly dangerous to humans' psycoligical happyness. should be used sparingly and only in certain situations: where this decontruction of the past will be part of a "better" future.
cut-up
where a piece of medium is fragmented then reconstructed into a new form. this new form is then gnosticly charged causing meaning to be drawn from it.
(ex. take a poem, cut out each line, then rearange the order of the lines to create a new poem, either randomly, or while in feedback loop with the gnostic state)
